| Shipping Policy |
| Products ordered are shipped to the address given in the order. We ship products from India and in most of the cases, we ensure delivery within 4 working days for intra country and 10 days for products shipped outside India. All samples will be delivered within 7 working days and the cost of each sample will be adjusted in the order received. In order to ensure speedy and safe delivery, we hire the most renowned and trusted courier services. If the shipping address area is not covered by the courier company, we send the cards by registered post or parcel and it takes around 7-10 days to deliver. Similarly, for the customized products or personalized gifts ordered by us, the delivery time may be longer than normal and the period of delivery will be specified at the time of order |

| Returns Policy |
If you are dissatisfied with the product for whatever reason, we will accept the product in as it is condition as per our returns policy. No questions will be asked but we would be more than delighted to know what was wrong with the product. Is it the printing or design, was there a delivery issue etc. If you are unhappy with the product, we request you to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt.
